The items on the web store are one-off pieces, and are available for purchase online. The featured pieces will change over time.
For items purchased via the web store: products purchased online in the shop section of the website may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the customer pays for the return postage and packing. Please contact Julian by telephone in the first instance if you wish to make arrangements for returning an item purchased online.
For all other items: Julian makes one-off pieces to meet the requirements of customers, so we only accept returns if an item is deemed faulty. We strongly encourage customers to visit the showroom, to decide on size, colour and materials in person prior to purchase.the
